Alex Helton is a real estate professional known for her enthusiasm, community service, and client-first approach. 

Alex became a REALTOR in 2023 so that she could combine decades of marketing and project management experience with her desire to connect with and help more people. 

Homeownership Changes Lives

Alex grew up as the only child of a single mother in the 1970s, when housing discrimination was fairly standard. She remembers her mother prepping her before meeting with a  landlord. The goal was to convince him that this 10 year old wasn’t noisy so that he would select them for the apartment, since he made it clear he didn't like children living in the 40 unit building.  

Alex bought her first house while still single and saw how ownership empowered her to learn new skills, increase her resourcefulness, and make improved downstream financial choices.
