Temperature Roulette
We've hit the part of the year where the temp toggles between cold and hot. Georgians know to check the weather apps to find out the daily high and low temp or they'll end up miserable.
These fluctuations are the ideal recipe for a Fall cold. Stay warm and make sure you hydrate.

How To Eat An Elephant
You know the answer: One bite at a time.
But what if you need someone to help with the knife and fork, or to be there with a napkin and ice water?

If you do decide to list your home for sale, it's important that it be made as enticing as possible so that it's stands out on the "tree." You need the wow factor.
Prevention Tactics
_Declutter, declutter, declutter. Emptier spaces look better. You'll have to move it anyway, so do early and can help your home sell faster or for a higher price.
_Boost curb appeal with landscaping, pressure washing, upgrading exterior lights and mailbox.
_If you don't repaint your interior, definitely do a thorough cleaning of the walls and remove all scuffs marks.
_Go for spotless by wiping down crown molding & baseboards, ceiling fans, vent covers, light switches, and cupboards.
