The Minnesotan in me can’t stop buying thick sweaters which I don’t need.
I'm getting my warmer items together to pass them on to a charity I love. It's a group that hands out warm meals to the homeless in downtown Atlanta.
I’d love to add your donations. To make it easy, I'm collecting everything at my house at these times:
Sat. Dec 7 between 12-3pm or Sat. Dec 14 between 12 -3pm
The collection is at my house: 2267 Deer Ridge Drive.
And if those times don't work for you, let me know and I can arrange a way to get your donations.
The House
In 2020, Rhett Huffman's family moved from Decatur into their amazingly unique home in Smoke Rise.
Remarkably, they bought it directly from its first owner, who also designed and built the house on its 3+ acres back in 1968.
How many Smoke Risers can say they are their home's second owner?

Additionally, Rhett spends a lot of time outdoors, and loves hiking Grandfather Mountain in western North Carolina, the Stone Mountain walk-up trail, or getting out to play disc golf. Rhett is also a rabid UNC basketball fan.
Rhett's free time is spent with his family and collecting all things vintage, which is readily apparent in the home's cohesive interior. He treasure hunts for vinyl records, 60s and 70s home decor, and his white tiger... a Coral Electric Sitar.
